Melitta Lattea | Design Contest

When you drink your lattea there r usually some cream left at the bottom of your glasses and you need a stirring stick to mix them. My aim is stirring your coffee in a fun way.

I am inspired by my sister when she was polishing her nails, I have noticed that there were some metal balls in it for stirring it instead shaking

Have you ever seen people who drinks whiskey? They play with their ice cubes in their glasses, so I don't have ice cubes in my glass but I would put a glass ball. The inner part which looks like a water drop that will keep the ball in its place and prevent it fall into your mouth.

Production is a bit complicated for this glass it has to be molded in 2 parts and after, they have to weld by fire than they will use the gravity for shaping the water drop like inner part. When it is turned around itself with a certain acceleration the welding joint will extend.

ohhh this is a great design u have showed i really haven't seen it and honestly it's a better design than mine, it seems like showed some mold problems as well that i couldn't solve OnurD

you really have put so much effort for this one and also given too much details about produstion, inspiration etc. in your description. may i ask which school are you from (i'm guessing that you are studying or graduated from a turkish school, right?)?
